How do I place an order?
Placing an order is very simple! After selecting a product, just click "ADD TO BASKET", fill in the order form and make the payment. If you experience any problems, please contact us!

What is the order processing time?
All products are made individually for each customer. Dispatch usually takes 1–2 days. The order processing time starts once you receive an email confirmation that the order has been accepted, after all necessary information has been received and the payment has been processed.

We ship via courier services both within Poland and abroad. Delivery time depends on the destination country (international shipping is priced individually).

What should I do if my parcel is damaged?
If you notice any damage to the packaging when receiving the parcel from the courier, open it in the courier’s presence. If the product is also damaged, you must immediately fill in a damage report with the courier. Please send the report together with a photo of the damage to [email protected]. Once we receive the report, we will send you a brand new product.
How can I make a complaint?
If the delivered product does not match your order – for example, the wrong size, frame, material, or it is incomplete – please contact us immediately! Send an email to [email protected] including photos of the defect. Once your complaint has been approved, we will send you the correct product or refund your payment.
Can I return an ordered product?
Prismalumino.co.uk offers 14 days to return a standard product. Please note that the returned item must not be damaged or used. Include proof of purchase, your personal details, and your bank account number for the refund. Refunds are processed within 14 working days after receiving the required information and the returned product.
