How to place an order?

 
The order process is very simple! Once you decide on a product, just click ADD TO CART, then fill in the order form and make the payment. If you have any problems, contact us!
 

How can I pay for the order?

 
The payment for the order is made via secure online payment systems, such as PayU, credit card, debit card, electronic wallet, traditional bank transfer, or cash on delivery (to the courier).
 

What is the order processing time?

 
The products are created individually for each customer. Shipping of the ordered goods usually takes 1-2 days. The start of the order processing period is considered the sending of an email confirming the acceptance of the order for processing, which occurs after receiving all necessary information and payment.
 

How are shipments handled within Poland and abroad?

 
We handle shipments through a courier company both within Poland and abroad. The delivery time depends on the country (international shipments are priced individually).

- Shipment within Poland takes about 1-2 business days.

- Shipment within Europe takes about 3-5 business days.

- Shipment to the USA takes about 2-3 business days.

- Shipment to other locations may take about 4-6 business days.
 

What is the cost of the order?

 
The cost of the order depends on the type and dimensions of the product. After selecting any product and proceeding to the cart, the total order amount will be displayed.

Additionally, shipping costs must be added to each order.
 

What to do if the shipment is damaged?

 
If you notice any damage to the packaging when receiving the shipment from the courier, make sure to open it in the presence of the courier. If the product is also damaged, you must immediately create a damage report with the courier. Then send it to [email protected] along with a photo of the damage. After receiving the report, we will send you a new, fully functional product.
 

How to file a complaint?

 
If the product delivered to you is not consistent with the order – wrong size, frame, material, or the order is incomplete, please inform us immediately! Send an email to [email protected] with photos of the defect attached. After the complaint is positively reviewed, we will send you the correct product or refund your money.

 

Can I return the ordered product?

 
The Prismalumino.pl store offers 14 days for returning a standard product. However, remember that the returned product must not be damaged or used. Attach the proof of purchase of the mirror and your personal details along with your bank account number for the refund. The refund will be made within 14 business days from the receipt of the necessary information and product.
