§ 1 GENERAL INFORMATION

1.1. The Prismalumino store is operated by the company Drukarnia Piga.pl Sp. z o.o., registered at: Mysłowicka 1, 43-100 Tychy, Poland. Tax ID: 6462933172, REGON: 243492288. Registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Katowice under KRS number: 0000493662. The authorized representative of the company is the President of the Board – Mateusz Gabryś.

1.2. All products available in the store are manufactured by Drukarnia Piga.pl Sp. z o.o., headquartered at Mysłowicka 1, 43-100 Tychy. Contact: [email protected]. Prismalumino.co.uk operates as the seller, responsible for order fulfillment, customer service, and compliance with consumer law.

1.3. These terms and conditions define the rules for using the website. Users are required to read them, and placing an order indicates acceptance.

1.4. All relationships resulting from contracts between Prismalumino and Customers are subject to these general terms and conditions. Deviations are only considered if confirmed in writing by both the Seller and the Customer or outlined in these terms.

1.5. When placing an order, the customer is obliged to provide accurate and truthful personal data. Providing false data may result in liability for any resulting damages.

§ 2 CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

2.1. The images and products presented online or in other media by Prismalumino do not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of Article 534 of the Civil Code, but are an invitation to submit a purchase offer. Purchase offers can be submitted via the Prismalumino website (online forms) or by email.

2.2. Placing an order in the online store is equivalent to the intention to conclude a sales contract under the terms specified in these terms and the order itself.

2.3. The customer, when placing an order, is obliged to take into account the total price. All prices listed include 23% VAT and exclude delivery costs.

2.4. The seller reserves the right to refuse service and cancel an order if products contain content contrary to law, good morals, or public order. The store also reserves the right to change product prices and delivery costs.

§ 3 PAYMENT

3.1. Drukarnia PIGA.pl Sp. z o.o. issues a VAT invoice in electronic form for each order, in accordance with the provisions of the VAT Act of March 11, 2004, and the Minister of Finance regulation on invoicing of December 3, 2013. Invoice data corresponds to the data provided by the Buyer in the order form. Billing and ordering data may differ, but must be specified during checkout. A paper invoice may be requested by sending an email to: [email protected] or by post to the company address.

3.2. Payments may be made by:
– e-wallet, online card payment, PayPal, PayU
– cash on delivery – the fee for this method is £5.

3.3. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject certain payment methods. The amount for cash on delivery should not exceed £130. Orders above this amount must be paid in full before processing.

§ 4 DELIVERY

4.1. For home delivery, you may pay upon receipt or choose another payment method:

– e-wallet, online card payment, PayPal, PayU

4.2. Shipping and collection for cash on delivery orders:

The Buyer is legally obliged to accept the purchased goods and pay the Seller (Article 535 §1 of the Civil Code). If the buyer fails to accept the goods, the seller may seek payment and cover of repeated delivery costs.

4.3. Order processing begins when a confirmation email is sent, after receipt of complete order details.

4.4. Deliveries within Poland are carried out via courier services.

§ 5 WARRANTY

5.1. The seller ensures that the product is free from physical and legal defects. The seller is liable if the product has such defects (warranty).

5.2. If the product has a defect, the customer may:

a) Request a price reduction or withdraw from the contract unless the seller promptly replaces or repairs the product without major inconvenience to the customer. This does not apply if the product has already been replaced or repaired once.

b) Request replacement or repair. The seller must fulfill this in a reasonable time without excessive inconvenience. The seller may refuse the selected option if it's not possible or would incur excessive cost compared to the alternative.

5.3. Customers exercising warranty rights must deliver the defective item to the seller's address. For consumers, the seller bears the return cost.

5.4. The seller is liable under warranty if the defect is discovered within two years of delivery. The claim expires after one year, but no sooner than two years from delivery. If a replacement or repair was requested, the period for withdrawal or price reduction begins after unsuccessful repair or replacement.

5.5. All complaints related to the product or contract should be submitted in writing to the seller.

5.6. The seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days.

5.7. Complaints regarding electronic services may be sent to [email protected] with a problem description. The seller will respond within 14 days.

5.8. The seller enables consumers to use out-of-court dispute resolution. The competent body is the Voivodeship Trade Inspectorate in Katowice, Brata Alberta 4, 40-951 Katowice, P.O. Box 178, tel.: (32) 35 68 100.

§ 6 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1. The seller is not responsible for the constant availability of the online store, system performance, or technical/electronic errors during ordering if caused by factors beyond the store's control.

§ 7 RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT

§ 8 COMPLAINTS

8.1. The seller provides a 12-month warranty on products from the date of delivery.

8.2. The seller provides installation instructions for the product.

8.3. The buyer should report any non-conformity in writing to: [email protected].

8.4. The seller must respond to the complaint within 14 days.

8.5. If the product is found to be non-conforming (defective or incomplete), the buyer has the right to request repair, replacement, or a refund if correction is not possible.

8.6. The seller has the right to request the return of the defective product.

8.7. Custom-made (personalized) products are non-returnable.

§ 9 FINAL PROVISIONS

9.1. In matters not covered by these terms, the provisions of the Civil Code and other relevant laws apply.

9.2. Prismalumino reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.
