CAN I RETURN A PURCHASED PRODUCT?
Prismalumino.co.uk offers 14 days to return a standard product. However, please note that the returned product must not be damaged or used. Include the proof of purchase and your personal data along with the bank account number to which you want the refund to be made. The refund will be processed within 14 business days from the date we receive the necessary information and the product.
