Complaints and returns
1. The warranty period for products offered in our store is 12 months.
2. The Seller is liable to the Customer if the Goods are not in conformity with the contract (statutory warranty). The statutory warranty is excluded for buyers who are not consumers or Entrepreneurs with consumer rights.
3. If the Goods are defective, the Customer has the right to:
a) request the replacement of the defective Goods with ones free of defects or the removal of the defect. The Seller is obliged to replace the defective Goods or remove the defect within a reasonable time without significant inconvenience to the Customer.
b) withdraw from the contract only if the Seller has refused to bring the Goods into conformity with the contract, the lack of conformity still exists, or the Seller has declared that they will not bring the Goods into conformity within a reasonable time.
4. A Customer exercising the rights under the statutory warranty is obliged to deliver the defective item to the Seller's address. In the case of a Customer who is a Consumer, the cost of delivery is covered by the Seller.
5. Any complaints related to the Goods or the performance of the Sales Agreement may be submitted by the Customer in writing or by email to the Seller’s address. Submitting a complaint electronically to [email protected] will speed up the complaint handling process.
6. The Seller shall respond to the complaint about the Goods or the performance of the Sales Agreement within 14 days of receiving the complaint from the Customer.
7. Grounds for filing a complaint include technical defects of the product, such as:
- incorrect size,
- incorrect cropping,
- incorrect material type,
- missing parts of the order
8. Complaints will not be accepted for the following:
- Claims that patterns such as glitter, gold, silver, concrete, marble, rusted sheet metal, wood, etc., do not look like in real life. These patterns are printed, so they may differ in appearance from their real-life equivalents. Light reflections are not part of the graphic design.
- Differences in color. The shades of the finished product may slightly differ from the visualization due to monitor calibration, the printing machine, and the type of ink used – slight color differences are not grounds for a complaint.
- A previous order had a different color. Orders placed at different times may slightly differ in shade or cropping, as all products are made to order.
- Mechanical damage (product tampering, burns, improper use)
- Damage resulting from normal use and the passage of time (e.g. wear and tear) is not subject to complaint.
- LED lighting is not covered by the warranty.
